Remote Support uses online system and health monitoring to provide our customer support with remote access to ensure systems reliability. The system is designed to address the challenges of establishing a secure and reliable remote session to the vessel control system via satellite communications. The technical solution is using well proven technology adapted to maritime environments.

Remote Support is available for Automation and Power Management System on board of the vessel.

Remote Support provides online service for instant analysis and assistance including:
Operational support and guidance
